Age verification is conducted at registration and may be requested again at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage persons will be immediately closed and all funds returned to their source.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 77haha account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — are prohibited. The creation of multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent limits constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripts, collude with other players, or engage in money laundering through the 77haha platform is strictly prohibited. 77haha employs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts confirmed to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be closed and relevant authorities may be notified.
77haha reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected, if self-exclusion is requested by the player, or if regulatory obligations require it. All undisputed balances will be returned to the player upon closure.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
2.1 By accessing or using the 77haha platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one exists.
2.3 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 77haha. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the 77haha platform. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and by applicable Philippine law. 77haha enforces this requirement strictly and conducts age verification during the KYC process.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. The 77haha platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling activities is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing 77haha.
3.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity; (b) you are not a professional player, agent, or entity acting on behalf of another; (c) you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3.4 Employee Restriction. Current employees of 77haha and its affiliated companies, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
4.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming features, you must register a 77haha account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a valid password.
4.2 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 77haha platform. Duplicate registrations — including accounts created to circumvent a suspension, to exploit multiple welcome bonuses, or to reset wagering limits — are strictly prohibited. 77haha employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all related accounts upon discovery, retaining any winnings derived from duplicate activity.
4.3 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times. Material inaccuracies — including false name, age, or contact details — constitute a breach of these Terms. Accounts containing known false information will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed.
4.4 KYC Verification. 77haha reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID); a selfie with the ID; and proof of address where required. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77haha will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account — even if unauthorized — remains your responsibility until you report unauthorized access to our support team. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77haha currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT. Available methods may be updated without prior notice. Minimum deposit is ₱100; minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
5.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared family accounts — are not permitted and may trigger a withdrawal hold pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. 77haha is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 77haha is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. 77haha reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities, including AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), without notifying the account holder. Deposits that are not followed by genuine play activity may be refused or reversed.
5.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 77haha does not accept, hold, or disburse funds in foreign currencies through standard banking channels. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers available on the 77haha platform are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and wagering requirements. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering is typically calculated on the bonus amount; specific terms will state whether it applies to the sum of deposit plus bonus.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute at a rate determined by the specific promotion. Contribution rates are published in each offer's specific terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 77haha employs detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including: wagering on both sides of a bet to guarantee low-risk completion of requirements; systematic low-stake wagering on high-RTP games; and coordinated wagering across multiple accounts. Any bonus credited as a result of abuse will be void, along with any winnings generated while bonus funds were active.
6.5 Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds expire 30 days after crediting. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6.6 77haha's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. 77haha reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-period, earned progress toward wagering requirements will be honoured on a pro-rata basis where reasonably practicable.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on 77haha use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or rely on live physical events (for live dealer and sports betting markets). RNG games are independently tested to confirm statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
7.2 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void in circumstances including: technical malfunction during a game round; settlement errors; event cancellation or postponement; or verifiable data feed errors affecting the outcome displayed. Void bets are returned to the player's real-money balance. 77haha's determination of whether a bet is void is final.
7.3 Palpable Errors. If 77haha offers a game, wager, or promotional outcome due to a clear human or technical error (a "palpable error"), the company reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets and void associated winnings, even after they have been credited. Players will be notified of any such correction.
7.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Limits are displayed within each game or market. 77haha reserves the right to apply individual player limits to accounts showing patterns inconsistent with recreational play.
7.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of disputed or ambiguous results, 77haha will defer to the official governing body's ruling. Pre-match odds are locked at placement; in-play odds reflect live market conditions.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 77haha platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

10.1 The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the 77haha Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 77haha collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
10.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and regulatory retention obligations. Requests should be directed to our Data Privacy Officer via the contact details in Section 15.
11.1 All content on the 77haha platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of 77haha or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing platform content; reverse-engineering any software; creating derivative works; or using 77haha's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner.
11.3 Unauthorized use of 77haha intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77haha's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 77haha shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or winnings arising from technical malfunctions; delays or interruptions in service caused by events outside 77haha's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet failures, telecommunications outages, and natural disasters); or errors in third-party data feeds used for live betting markets.
12.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77haha takes reasonable technical measures to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13.1 77haha reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 Amended Terms take effect 14 calendar days after notification unless the amendment is required to address an urgent legal, regulatory, or security matter, in which case it takes effect immediately upon publication.
13.3 Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact 77haha's customer support team and allow us a period of 30 calendar days to resolve the issue informally. The majority of disputes — including payout queries, bonus disputes, and account issues — are resolved at this stage.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 77haha also participates in applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms under the framework of Philippine gaming regulations.
14.4 Claims must be submitted within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may be barred by limitation.
